Hola, bienvenidos!
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through their mental health journeys. As a first-generation Latina, I am deeply committed to helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and creating greater access to culturally responsive and compassionate care, particularly within Hispanic and underserved communities.
I have experience working with clients across a variety of settings, including schools, homes, and community-based environments. Through my work, I have supported individuals navigating challenges related to emotional expression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves.
My approach is collaborative and centered around each client's individual needs, experiences, and goals. I believe therapy is a space where clients can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, build healthy coping skills, strengthen their relationships, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy baking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with my dog, family, and friends.
