I am a graduate student at California Southern University, working towards my licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a first-generation Latina, I am deeply passionate about transforming mental health perceptions and practices within Hispanic communities. My dedication to this field is driven by a commitment to bridging cultural gaps and promoting mental wellness among underserved populations.
In my mid-20s, I have garnered extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across various settings. Currently, I work within the Redwood City School District, where I collaborate closely with students, educators, and families to develop personalized strategies that enhance emotional resilience and academic performance. I aim to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients can explore their identities and achieve their goals.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy baking, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with my dog, family, and friends.
