Help for One Life littles

CPP is a deeply supportive, evidence-based therapy for children ages 0–5, and their families, designed to nurture healing after scary, painful, or overwhelming experiences such as loss, separation, medical procedures, abuse, or violence at home or in the community.

Grounded in decades of research, CPP focuses on strengthening the caregiver–child relationship, bringing parent and child into the room together to rebuild safety, connection, and healthy development so families can move forward with greater resilience.
