Una Vida

A vibrant support system dedicated to strengthening the mental health and well-being of our Latinx community

One Life’s Una Vida Program changes lives through connection. Services are provided by Spanish-speaking therapists, who are passionate about  serving the unique needs of Latinx families. Through counseling, Una Vida creates safe spaces for healing, while programs like our Moms Groups also build a circle of connection where mothers feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Beyond therapy and long term connection the program also works seamlessly so clients can access other One Life outreach offerings that help with urgent day-to-day needs (Monday Market, Back to School Backpacks, Thanks Giving Fiesta Bags, and our annual Bag full of Joy; free toy store)  At its heart, Una Vida is about care, dignity, and community. It is a place where families are supported, traditions are honored, and hope grows stronger.
