I have long been fascinated by how people adapt, transcend, and create meaning—especially in the face of adversity. My path has taken me across continents, through multiple careers, and into spaces where resilience, creativity, and transformation intersect. Over the past three decades, I have worked with adults and children in diverse settings, each experience deepening my reverence for the human capacity to self-inquire, reimagine, and manifest a more fulfilling life.

My practice is integrative and relational, grounded in the belief that healing is never one‑size‑fits‑all. I meet clients where they are, curating an approach that draws from many frameworks inclusive of psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, transpersonal psychology, family systems theory, and expressive arts therapy—a multimodal discipline using visual art, movement, writing, music, and drama to foster self‑expression, insight, and integration—alongside somatic awareness, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, DBT, trauma‑informed care, and other strength‑based modalities.

I hold advanced trainings in Systemic and Family Constellations, Neurographica®, hypnotherapy, meditation, and expressive arts therapy. My background includes work as an integrative life coach and clinical experience in acute medical settings, where I support patients and caregivers facing terminal illness, chronic health conditions, medical trauma, and grief. I also bring specialized expertise in supporting children and families navigating PANS and PANDAS.

Born in Cape Town, South Africa, I have lived across the United States and in Europe, where I worked as a fashion designer and dancer. These experiences have fostered cultural humility and openness to diverse ways of being, informing my work with clients of varied identities and worldviews.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space grounded in unconditional regard, where exploration and self‑discovery may emerge. It would be my privilege to accompany you on your path to growth and transformation.
