Claudia was born and raised in Mexico City. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Currently, she is in her first year of a Master's program in Clinical Psychology at Notre Dame de Namur University.
Beginning this fall, Claudia will be working at Adelante Selby Spanish Immersion for the 2024-2025 school year. For the past two years, she has been working as a peer counselor for newcomers, leading groups and offering emotional support to help them adjust to their new life.
Claudia is eager to bring her experience and compassion to Adelante Selby, where she looks forward to supporting children and helping them thrive emotionally and academically.
