Hi.
I believe that people are capable of change, and making positive choices to live effective and productive lives. It is my desire to see people heal from past trauma(s), and have fulfilling, harmonious relationships.
I use a person-centered approach to therapy and integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
I graduated from Notre Dame De Namur in 2025 and have an MA in Clinical Psychology. I also have 30 years experience working in the mental health field. I have experience working with depression and anxiety and relationship issues. In addition I am training to do Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and enjoy working with young children and their caregivers.
I was born in the midwest, but have lived in the Bay Area now for 28 years. I love to hike and be outside when I can. I also enjoy reading biographies and auto-biographies of those who have survival stories. I love to travel and see new places. Ireland is on my bucket-list!
