Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee
My path to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist grew out of a curiosity about how people make meaning of their lives and a desire to offer compassion and understanding. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can share openly and feel more equipped to move through growth and change. Parenting two teenagers and navigating a 20+ year career in the corporate world have given me perspective on how work, family, and relationships intersect. It’s all connected, and I bring that lens into the way I support clients.
As I complete my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Notre Dame de Namur University, I’m excited to be working as a trainee at Adelante Selby Spanish Immersion School, where I support a wonderfully diverse community of students, families, and teachers.
I love traveling and experiencing new cultures (primarily through its food!). I also enjoy laughing with good friends, and spending time with my family, who keep me grounded and on my toes.
