I have held many professional hats that have brought me to the place I am now. I have worked with children and families for over 15 years, as a lead preschool teacher, nanny, and yoga instructor. I'm currently working as a mental health counselor in the San Carlos school district and enjoy aiding the children, teachers, and families by bringing more balance and support into their daily lives. I also do private practice and run a Women's Co-dependency group in Redwood City.

I also enjoy working with adults and bringing my experiences of owning and running a busy business and household into my understanding of work and family balance. I'm a Reiki practitioner and restorative yoga instructor and use these tools to aid me in helping others gain a better understanding of their mind and body connection. Specializing in depression, anxiety, transitions, and spiritual understanding and connection. Willing to work with children, families, couples, and individuals.
