Vanessa offers an authentic, compassionate space for clients to share their story, support their discovery and healing process in a safe, genuine environment. Her approach focuses on building a partnership with clients sharing mindful, somatic, and creative practices coupled with evidence-based treatment models to develop the most appropriate and effective process for clients to reach their therapeutic goals.

Vanessa is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a specialty in Art Therapy with a Masters of Art from Notre Dame de Namur University. Her professional background includes over two decades of corporate, non-profit and private sector experience. Additionally, she has experience in working in areas of life transitions, anger management, domestic violence offenders support, grief, trauma, anxiety and depression. Vanessa enjoys working with individuals of all ages, couples and groups and holds an affinity for diversity, the immigrant population, especially the Latino community.

In her free time Vanessa enjoys spending time with loved ones, being in the outdoors, photography/art, and traveling.
