I am a therapist trainee with a deep commitment to supporting clients through life’s challenges and transformations. My clinical interests include depression, grief and death work, spirituality, religion, life transitions, school-related concerns, self-esteem, trauma, and navigating high-demand or high-control work environments. I also have a special focus on supporting veterinary professionals, drawing from my own experience in animal hospitals.
My therapeutic style is warm, nurturing, and collaborative. I believe that therapy is a journey we take together—one where we not only hold space for the difficult moments but also explore the parts of ourselves we want to grow and strengthen.
Before entering the clinical field, I worked in business and veterinary care, experiences that shaped my understanding of the many pressures people face in both professional and personal life. Outside the therapy room, I'm likely hiking, camping, or exploring a museum.
