What if we approached your challenges not as problems to be fixed, but as parts of your story waiting to be understood?
I am deeply committed to walking alongside you through life’s unexpected turns and profound transformations. The therapy room is a safe, curious space where we can untangle the things weighing you down—whether you are navigating the heavy waters of grief and death work, healing from trauma, wrestling with depression, or simply trying to find your footing during a major life transition. Together, we can also explore the deeper questions surrounding spirituality and meaning, quiet the noise of self-esteem struggles, and uncover the authentic parts of yourself you are ready to grow and cultivate.
As a psychodynamic, Jungian-informed, and psychoanalytic-informed therapist, my approach is warm, nurturing, and reflective. Together, we will look beneath the surface to explore the unconscious currents, relational patterns, and deeper symbolic meaning behind your experiences. I view our work as a shared journey—holding gentle space for the painful, difficult moments while actively building your strength and resilience. Other times, our space is simply somewhere to set down the heavy backpack of life and just catch your breath.
Born and raised right here in the Bay Area, I intimately understand the unique pace, expectations, and pressures of our local culture. Before stepping into the therapy room, I spent years working in business and veterinary hospitals. I know firsthand the quiet, heavy toll of navigating high-demand and high-control work environments. Drawing from my own time in animal hospitals, I also offer a specialized focus on supporting veterinary professionals who pour so much of their hearts into their work. I understand the unique pressures you face, and you don't have to carry them alone.
When I’m not in the chair, I’m usually out exploring the world—whether I'm hiking a new trail, camping under the stars, or getting lost in the exhibits of a local museum.
I would honored to learn what matters most to you. Let’s explore your path forward, together.
