As a therapist trainee, I am deeply committed to walking alongside you through life’s unexpected turns and profound transformations. The therapy room is a safe, curious space where we can untangle the things weighing you down—whether you are navigating the heavy waters of grief and death work, healing from trauma, wrestling with depression, or simply trying to find your footing during a major life transition. Together, we can also explore the deeper questions surrounding spirituality and religion, quiet the noise of school or self-esteem struggles, and uncover the parts of yourself you are ready to grow and cultivate.
My approach to therapy is warm, nurturing, and collaborative. I view our work as a journey we take together. We will hold gentle space for the painful, difficult moments, but we will also look forward, building your strength and resilience. And sometimes just a space to take the heavy backpack of life off and catch your breath.
Born and raised right here in the Bay Area, I intimately understand the unique pace, expectations, and pressures of our local culture. Before stepping into the therapy room, I spent years working in business and veterinary hospitals. I know firsthand the quiet, heavy toll of navigating high-demand and high-control work environments. Drawing from my own time in animal hospitals, I also offer a specialized focus on supporting veterinary professionals who pour so much of their hearts into their work. I understand the unique pressures you face, and you don't have to carry them alone.
When I’m not in the chair, I’m usually out exploring the world—whether I'm hiking a new trail, camping under the stars, or getting lost in the exhibits of a local museum.
