Martha joined One Life in August 2023 after completing her certification as a Peer Counselor Specialist, strengthening her professional training in the United States. Before this, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Social Sciences, and specialized training in Ericksonian Hypnosis in Mexico.
At One Life, Martha actively supports schools and after-school programs by providing counseling and guidance to the Latinx community. She also facilitates workshops for mothers, helping them strengthen their skills, expand their knowledge, and foster a deeper sense of belonging within the community.
Martha lives in Sunnyvale with her husband. She enjoys reading, music, and lifelong learning. She is the proud mother of three daughters and a grandmother.
