Marjorie Andino‑Rivera, M.S., APCC (she/her/ella) is a bilingual Spanish‑speaking clinician with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across special education, social services, crisis intervention, and school‑based mental health. Her work is grounded in trauma‑informed care, cultural humility, and a deep commitment to helping clients feel seen, safe, and understood. She brings extensive experience providing developmentally attuned support, one‑to‑one school‑based counseling, and collaborative care within interdisciplinary teams. Her clinical approach integrates compassion, curiosity, and evidence‑based practices to help clients reconnect with their strengths and move toward healing and growth.
Marjorie was born and raised in Honduras and immigrated to the United States at age 13, an experience that deeply informs her work with immigrant families, bilingual youth, and clients navigating cultural transitions. Before joining One Life, she spent more than a decade serving diverse communities through early intervention and developmental services, working closely with pediatricians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and community partners. As both a clinician and a mother of three, ages 20, 9, and 7, she brings a grounded understanding of developmental needs, family systems, and the emotional landscapes that shape children and caregivers. She strives to create a therapeutic space where clients of all ages can explore, grow, and feel empowered.
Outside of her clinical work, Marjorie enjoys nature walks with her children, art projects, reading, listening to music, collecting antique phones, and spending time with friends. She is a naturally social person who values connection, community, and shared joy. These creative and relational outlets help her stay present, centered, and grounded — qualities she brings into her therapeutic relationships. También hablo español. Bienvenidos.
