I am excited to be a part of your journey and healing. As a therapist, my approach is to create a safe, warm, understanding, judgment free, empathic space for you to process any emotions that may be coming up for you. I am bilingual and have experience providing services in Spanish.

During our work together, I will meet you where you are currently at.
Also, we will explore the past, present, and future. My goal is to help your self-worth through growth and experiences. I use active listening, mindfulness, reflection of feelings/emotions, CBT, and solutions based.

Lastly, in my free time I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, hiking, walking my dog, spending time with friends and family, and listening to music.
