Humans are narrative creatures and deeply influenced by the stories we hear and tell. I approach therapy with a narrative lens and view our time together as a space in which we can explore, deconstruct, and recreate the stories that matter to you most—whether those are stories about who you are, what has happened in your life, or where you want to go next.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m committed to journeying with you and creating a space in which you’re invited to be and become your full and true self. I take a person-centered approach in working with clients and often integrate tools like the Enneagram of Personality, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness exercises.

I completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. I’m passionate about fostering holistic well-being and have earned certifications in spiritual counseling, yoga, and meditation facilitation. I also hold an MFA in creative non-fiction writing from St. Mary’s College of California. In addition to working with clients, I enjoy experiencing new places and people, experimenting in the kitchen, and writing letters to my teenage niece.
