Cony joined One Life in April 2022 as the Director of Community Partnerships. Just a few months later, in June 2022, she played a key role in founding Una Vida, One Life’s Spanish-language program, and now serves as its Director. In 2023, she became certified as a Peer Counselor, further strengthening her ability to support the community with empathy and understanding.

Before joining One Life, Cony worked as a Case Manager at Catholic Charities, where she supported Unaccompanied Minors with care and advocacy. At Una Vida, she leads efforts to develop and integrate services for the Latino community in partnership with clinicians, community leaders, and local organizations, to enrich the lives of her clients. She also oversees the growth of bilingual volunteer programs and community celebrations that foster connection and belonging.

Cony lives in Belmont with her husband, their three teenagers, and their boxer, Nutella.
