Hello and thank you for taking a step further into your healing process.
My name is Soy and I have nearly 10 years of being involved in the mental health field in various roles (e.g. case manager, volunteer, advocate, clinician). I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and 65+ in the form of individual, groups, and couples in areas such as, but not limited to, trauma, addiction, incarceration, depression, and anxiety.
As your therapist, my approach to support your healing and mental health is through relationships--relationship with yourself, your relationships with others, and your relationship with me. I believe that relationships are at the core of our well-being and I will walk alongside you as we explore, sometimes challenge, and navigate your strategies that no longer serve you, as well as the ones that do, in an open, honest, and curious way.
