Regan believes healing begins through authentic connection, with ourselves, with others, and within a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship. She works with children, teens, adults, and couples, helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, parenting, burnout, and personal growth. An Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, Regan holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, somatic therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. With experience in school-based mental health and private clinical practice, more than 30 years of teaching mindfulness and yoga, a previous career in corporate leadership, and the perspective of raising two daughters, she brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Regan is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where clients of all backgrounds and identities feel welcomed, respected, and supported.

Areas of Focus: Regan works with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She has particular experience helping children and adolescents understand and manage big emotions, build resilience, and navigate school and developmental transitions. She also enjoys supporting adults through career changes, parenting, perimenopause, burnout, and other significant life transitions, helping clients cultivate healthier relationships, greater self-understanding, and lasting emotional well-being.
