I am here to provide to the best of my abilities the support as a stepping stone to open the dialogue of life, it's messy and it can often overwhelm us, as adults and as children. I come from a model that is strength based and will encourage building upon these strengths to further find ways to create a safe place where reflection meets action. It is a collaborative effort to heal within and to seek support. I would like to be part of your journey.

Through my years of experience within the schools, Private Practice and health organizations, I have been able to provide counseling services for families, children, adolescents, adults, and families. Specializing in trauma, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, I also work with the unique complexities First Responders and their families face on a daily basis. I am EMDR and Brainspotting trained and can provide EMDR and Brainspotting Therapy sessions (Intensives).
