Along with my focus on your whole self, I also specialize in stress and anxiety management, developing healthy personal and professional relationships, finding your own voice, navigating personal and professional challenges as part of the BIPOC community, and helping athletes navigate their life after they leave the game.
I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 25 years with my wife and daughter. I am an avid sports fan and a die-hard Cleveland Browns and Indians fan. I passionately supports nonprofits focused on youth development. In my spare time, I loves to explore different cultures around the world.
