Welcome—I'm so glad you're here!
I'm a dedicated and heart-forward therapist who works with children, teens, and young adults, navigating life’s hardest moments.
My approach is collaborative, culturally attuned, and deeply compassionate. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale—where your full self is welcomed, your story is honored, and where we can work together to make sense of your inner world.
I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 12–20), especially those impacted by trauma, family conflict, cultural stress, and systemic challenges. I also have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ youth, justice-involved teens, and those struggling with substance use or self-worth. As a trauma-informed therapist, I integrate mindfulness, narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and parts work—tailored to your unique needs and strengths.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or the weight of intergenerational trauma, I hold space for healing that is both grounded and transformative.
With a background in community mental health and school-based services, I know that healing often happens in relationship. I offer therapy that is not only clinically sound, but also rooted in genuine connection, humor, and a belief in your resilience.
A few things I bring to the therapy room:
• A nonjudgmental space to process whatever’s coming up for you
• Deep respect for cultural identity, chosen family, and lived experience
• A balance of structure and spontaneity—we can get into the hard stuff, and we can also laugh when needed
• A commitment to equity, inclusion, and affirming care for all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds
When I’m not in the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors with my Golden Retriever, journaling, building community, and finding moments of quiet joy.
Let’s connect.
If you think we might be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you. Starting therapy is a brave step—and you don’t have to do it alone.
