Welcome to your therapeutic journey! I would be honored to guide you, empower you, and collaborate with you as you navigate your own unique path of self-discovery. My experience working with diverse populations has prepared me to provide culturally sensitive care to all of my clients, regardless of their background. Although I work with clients on a variety of issues, I am especially passionate about helping young adults and adults understand and cope with life transitions, relationship challenges, work-related stress, grief, trauma, and personal or familial health diagnoses.
Compassion and mindfulness are integral components to my therapeutic approach, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for every individual that comes to see me. Though I have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am guided by a trauma-informed perspective, I take a client-centered approach and work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
