Brenda Carrasco is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to providing mental health services and breaking mental health stigma. As a bicultural and Spanish-speaking professional, she brings a unique perspective to the therapeutic process, ensuring clients feel understood and valued. With a focus on compassion and empathy, Brenda provides a safe space for individuals to explore deep emotions and navigate life's challenges. As she often says, "Un día a la vez / One day at a time, I will provide support and help you navigate life’s hardships."
Brenda has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma and loss/grief. She uses a wide range of therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and practicing Bikram yoga.
