Crystal Klingele
Compliance and Clinical Support Coordinator
Crystal Klingele brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and heartfelt empathy to her work at One Life. She is trained in evidence-based modalities including Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Synergetic Play Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Parts Work, CBT, and Compassion Therapy through a psychodynamic lens. Crystal specializes in helping children and caregivers rebuild safety and connection following trauma—drawing deeply from both her professional training and her own lived experience.
Over the years, Crystal has walked alongside clients navigating PTSD, severe addiction, elderly care, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and complex mental health challenges. Her approach is further enriched by restorative practices inspired by Hawaiian healing traditions, offering a culturally sensitive path to resilience and self-compassion.
For the past two years, Crystal has supported students and families at North Star Academy, where her warm presence and practical strategies have helped children manage neurodivergence, ADHD, anxiety, academic stress, and life transitions. She is particularly skilled in guiding families through the IEP assessment process, advocating for both students and educators to create supportive, successful school experiences.
Crystal’s guiding belief is simple: every person deserves hope, humor, and a safe space to heal. She is honored to support One Life clients with the same compassion, resilience, and authenticity that have shaped her own journey.
Crystal enjoys life on the Coastside, visiting local farmer’s markets, being married for over 20 years, spending time with her now-adult children, and exploring new experiences with curiosity and gratitude.
