Youth Workforce Leadership Council Advisor

My name is Arie Pramono. I am a first-generation Indonesian American born and raised in the Bay Area. I am working as both a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, and One Life's newly appointed Youth Workforce Leadership Council Advisor. When I'm not doing psychotherapy with clients in my usual school-based therapy or private practice settings, I work alongside high school and college age young adults to help them learn what it's like to work for One Life.

Our two premier programs dedicated to supporting these young adults, the Youth Advisory Council and the College Summer Internship, focus on developing leadership and community outreach skills vital to the missions and goals that One Life sets out to accomplish. I teach them how to think critically about how they can identify key needs emerging within the community, and how they can act in part to fulfill those needs.
