You’ve probably spent a lot of your life trying to do things “right”—trying to be good, be liked, be in control, be smaller, be better. And honestly? You’re tired. Most of the people I work with are thoughtful, emotionally generous, and completely worn out from feeling like they’re never quite enough—no matter how hard they try.
I work with women and gender-expansive folks who are done performing and just want to feel like themselves again. Many of my clients are unlearning diet culture, working on healing their relationship with food and their bodies, navigating anxiety, or figuring out who they are underneath all the pressure to be better, quieter, smaller. A lot of us were the sensitive kids, the perfectionists, the ones told we were too much—or not enough.
Now we’re grown and wondering what it would be like to trust ourselves instead of second-guessing everything.
I’m a certified Body Trust® Specialist and trauma-informed therapist. My approach is collaborative, somatic, and rooted in curiosity—not fixing. Sessions often start with a simple check-in—what’s coming up in your body, what’s taking up space in your mind. From there, we get curious about the parts of you that show up to protect, perform, or keep you safe. Together, we work to loosen shame’s grip and create more space for self-trust, agency, and care.
My practice is firmly fat-affirming, anti-diet, and rooted in the Health at Every Size® framework. I center LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent experiences, and I hold space for the full complexity of who you are—no need to tone it down or explain yourself.
All of you is welcome here—messy parts, masked parts, uncertain parts included.
Sessions are offered via telehealth.
